Dr. Chokshi is a distinguished member of the Jupiter dental community, and she received her doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University School of Dentistry in 2009. She is an honored member of the Florida Dental Association, Academy of General dentistry, and the American Dental Association. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Chokshi worked for an underserved area in central Florida to give back to the community.

She has also volunteered on overseas dental mission trips to Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala. Dr. Chokshi strongly believes oral health is key to a person's overall well being. Healthy and beautiful smile is not only for aesthetics,but it enhances a person's confidence, function, and lifestyle. Dr Chokshi enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and reading. In her spare time, she enjoys doing fun activities with her two boys and husband.

For over 20 years, Dr. Brent Jarrett has been helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. After earning his dental degree from West Virginia University, Dr. Jarrett pursued advanced training at the University of Florida, specializing in endodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants — giving him the skills to handle nearly every aspect of your dental care under one roof.From 2000 to 2024, Dr. Jarrett proudly owned and ran his own practice in Margate, Florida, where he built lasting relationships with patients and earned a reputation for exceptional full-mouth restorations, crown and bridge work, and implant dentistry. Whether it's a routine checkup, a complex restoration, or a smile-changing implant procedure, Dr. Jarrett brings the same level of care and attention to every patient he treats.Patients appreciate Dr. Jarrett's gentle chairside manner and his ability to explain treatment options clearly — he's also fluent in Spanish, making quality dental care accessible to even more members of our community.When you sit in Dr. Jarrett's chair, you're getting the experience of a dentist who has truly done it all — and who genuinely cares about getting it right for you.Outside the office, Dr. Jarrett cherishes time with his twin son and daughter. He's often out enjoying long beach strolls, casting a line while fishing, or exploring new places through travel.

Dr. Monica Atallah comes to us from right outside of Atlantic City in a small town called Galloway, New Jersey. Dr. Atallah or “Dr. Monica” as she is often affectionately called, graduated from the esteemed Howard University College of Dentistry and completed an additional year of advanced General Practice Residency training at Rutgers University. Post pandemic, Dr. Monica began to gain a vast curiosity and interest in the world of biological dentistry. She sees the mouth as the gateway to the rest of the body. If you are in the dental chair, Dr. Monica will always without fail treat you as if you are a member of her family, and goes the extra mile to provide a comfortable, educational, and pleasant experience.
When being treated by Dr. Monica, expect to have rich discussions regarding your diet, exercise routine, lifestyle, and medical history in thorough detail along with your dental care for a well rounded health based experience.
When not in the dental chair, Dr. Monica spends time with her husband whom she met in dental school, loves to travel, takes fitness classes at her local Barre studio, and enjoys outdoor activities afforded to her since relocating to Florida. She looks forward to meeting you and being a part of your pursuit and wellness journey.

Dr. Jayson Hartman is our exceptional endodontic specialist. Originally from New York, he has been practicing dentistry for over 16 years. Dr. Hartman earned his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency at Albert Einstein University. He went on to receive a post-graduate degree in Endodontics as well as a Master of Science in Craniofacial Biology from Nova Southeastern University.
What Dr. Hartman enjoys most about his profession is helping patients feel at ease while relieving their pain. He is known for performing precise, painless root canals and treating every patient with professionalism and genuine care.
Outside the office, Dr. Hartman stays active and loves spending time on Florida’s beautiful beaches.

Dr. Laya Gholami is double board certified in Dental Implant Surgery and Periodontology. She is honored to be a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Gholami has an extensive experience in full mouth rehabilitation implant surgeries, advanced bone augmentations, sinus grafts and oral cosmetic surgeries.
Dr. Gholami received her certificate in Periodontics and Masters in Craniofacial Biology from Nova Southeastern University College of Dentistry, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She also earned a Post-Doctoral Fellowship Certificate in Advanced Periodontal Surgeries and Implantology from University of Florida College of Dentistry. She is actively engaged in practice, teaching and research in Implantology and Advanced Periodontics. Dr. Gholami has published and presented her research results in multiple conferences both nationally and internationally and has served as a reviewer for several journals in her professional society.
Dr. Gholami is member of American Academy of Periodontology and American Board of Periodontology. She has been honored to teach Periodontics and Implantology at University of Florida, University of Illinois, Chicago and currently at Nova Southeastern University to pursue her passion of educating and inspiring the young fresh mind of her students and residents. Dr. Gholami is committed to providing excellent patient care and life-long learning.
In spare time, Dr. Gholami enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, working out, watching comedy movies, swimming and jogging by the beach.

Dr. Romero was raised in a small town in Cuba, but always had big dreams. Since a very young age, she found it in her nature to make others smile. She accomplished this through friendship, kindness, and her natural ability to form strong bonds with others. However, the most significant took place when she had the privilege of enrolling in a special needs school to help the other students. She learned sign language to better help them form relationships. This brought a smile to their faces. From that point on, she associated a smile with happiness. This led her to pursue dentistry. She found a dental career ideal so that she could form, improve, and maintain smiles for others while making a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Romero graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2022 where she was invested into the Matthew Cryer Honor Society. Before studying and graduating as a dentist in the United States, she practiced dentistry in her home country Cuba as well as in Venezuela. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She knew from a young age that dentistry was her calling and strives to help patients get a healthier happier smile. Dr. Romero loves nature, the outdoors and hiking with her family. Most of her free time is spent with her son, her two sweet Australian shepherds and her husband.

Dr. Mirman’s mission in dentistry is to provide his patients the highest quality of dentistry in a safe, compassionate and welcoming environment. He was born and raised in South Florida.  After earning his doctorate degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona, he practiced in Washington state before moving back to the sunshine state. Dr. Mirman loves to cook and play the accordion. He also enjoys traveling, swimming and CrossFit.

Dr. Israel was born and raised in New York City. He enjoys an active lifestyle and loves traveling the world. He graduated from Queens College in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology, and finishing with a Cum Laude honors status. In 2023, Dr. Israel earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Following his dental education, Dr. Israel completed a 1-year General Practice Residency program at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in 2024. As a dedicated and compassionate dentist, Dr. Israel is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through comprehensive dental services. With expertise in routine check-ups, preventative care, and complex procedures, Dr. Israel strives to ensure each patient receives the highest standard of treatment. Dr. Israel’s areas of specialization include restorations, fixed and removable prostheses, root canal treatments, cosmetics, and surgical and non-surgical extractions.
